Ingredients:
Pastry dough for a single crust pie
2 cups pumpkin puree
3 eggs
2/3 cup maple syrup
1 can full fat organic coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
